Step One
Let's Talk
We will sit down with you to discuss your needs and suggest some solutions. After your free consultation
where we show you our portfolio + relevant licenses, we will take photos and measurements for the estimator.
We can also provide you with references. If you wish, a concept drawing can be produced for you to help
visualize the project.
Step Two
We Put It In Writing
In a few days we will return with a detailed price and itemized quotation which allows you to see exactly what
you are paying for your project. If you decide at that time to work with hcg, the contract is signed
and your project is immediately scheduled.
The signed contract for your project has printed on it a 2 year workmanship guarantee and materials warranty.
This means we are committed to ensuring your project is completed on time, on budget and of superior
design and quality workmanship.
Step Three
The Project Begins
Hcg will inform you and can obtain for you all necessary permits for your project.
It is sometimes difficult to imagine (for example your kitchen or bathroom) final renovation.
There are many choices to be made along the way and as the job develops you may want to revise the design.
That is why hcg has a management team or designer available to discuss each choice and advise you how
these decisions may impact your budget. At any time you may ask for changes or extra work, and a change
order will be attached to the contract.
Again, no surprises.

Satisfaction
We literally "walk through" the finished job with you. If there are any deficiencies, we honour our contract
to make any adjustments according to your contract to your complete satisfaction - GUARANTEED.
